Planning travel since 1987, Tina is a Certified Specialist of Wine who earned her designation from the Society of Wine Educators and studied with the International Sommelier Guild and WSET. She is an active member of Women for WineSense, the French Wine Society, and the Wine Century Club. For over thirty years she has led groups to cooking schools in Italy, garden tours in Mississippi, London theatre tours, and the culinary delights of New Orleans — all while photographing the world and searching for the perfect sip, from Bordeaux to Beaune.

What is your favorite destination and why?
"Italy and France — the food, the wine, the light. I lead groups to cooking schools in Italy and I have searched for the perfect sip from Bordeaux to Beaune. Paris I have been to six times and it never gets old."
What is your travel philosophy?
"Join me as we explore the world of kitchen and vine — regional wines, foods, and a sip or two with old and new friends. That is the real luxury, and it is what I have built my career around."
Most memorable travel moment?
"A private cooking lesson with a nonna in a village outside Florence. No English, all heart. The pasta was transcendent — and so was the wine she poured with it."
